Spider plants (Chlorophytum comosum) are great for cat lovers for all sorts of reasons. For one, cats love the stimulant qualities of the spider plant leaves, which are similar to catnip. In addition, spider plants have long slender leaves and cute little spider plant babies coming off the end. These spider plant babies resemble little balls in their shape and are quite bouncy. With the stringy leaves providing a caressing touch to the cat’s back when the walk underneath and the spider babies providing a fun, bouncy toy to bat at, the spider plant can provide hours of entertainment for your kitty. The spider plant is also super easy to grow in the bathroom. It is even on our list of thirteen bathroom plants that are impossible to kill. Cats love this bathroom plant!
